Visual Journals

Visual journaling has become therapeutic.  Art pages provide a platform to get lost in my thoughts and express concepts weighing on my mind.  Journaling provides an opportunity to play with different artistic mediums and visual juxtapositions without a concern of perceived failure.  The following are samples of visual journals I have created over the past few years.
